Cancellation Policy
REPLAY WITHIN 24hrs with your standard US shoe size. Important Sizing & Cancellation Policy: Because your sandals are entirely custom-crafted, we require a strict 14-day window to collect your measurements and your premium materials . Sizing: You will receive a sizing request immediately after booking. This must be completed at least 14 days prior to your workshop date. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 14 days before your scheduled session to receive a full refund. Bookings within the 14-day window are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled online, as your materials will have already been prepared.
